RE: HELP PLEASE: CAN'T FIND/REPLACE MISSING FONTS

Did you also search the master and reference pages to find the fonts?

If you are certain these fonts aren't used anywhere, turn off "remember
missing font names", open the documents, then close and save. This would
replace the fonts permanently.

However, why isn't it possible to generate a PDF? If all documents are open
when you print them, there will be no missing fonts-dialog that prevents the
PS printing process.

Best regards

Subject: HELP PLEASE: CAN'T FIND/REPLACE MISSING FONTS
Importance: High

I'm under a release deadline and cannot fix this problem without stripping
out all formatting from a whole section and starting again (it's java
programming content and very slow going).

Authored on Word/PC, brought into Word 2000/Mac in a template using same
style names as in my Frame doc tags set.

Frame claims the doc uses two unavailable fonts:
- TimesNewRomanPS-ItalicMT Medium Italic ("times italic will be used in this
session)
- TimesNewRomanPS-ItalicMT Medium ("times-Roman will be used in this
session)

The doc, of course, won't pdf.

Is there a way to resolve this issue speedily?

Many Thanks,

__________
