SGML, DTDs, EDDs, and FOSIs



Anybody have any good references detailing FOSIs? Looking on the web just
results in a torent of archived discussion lists and hundreds of pages that all
reference various organisations and standards.

Additionally, are there any tools to migrate between EDD / template / R_Wrules
and FOSI? Looking at a FOSI (very quick glace) it would seem to be a combination
of EDD and template.
