Master Page Selection in Frame 7

One new feature I found in the FAQ is that you can now associate element
and paragraph tag names with specific custom master page pairs. The
description of this new feature does not reveal exactly how it works.

For instance:

1. What are the required naming conventions for custom left/right master
page pairs?

2. Must the custom-master-page-selecting element or paragraph tag name be
the first one on the page?

3. If the page following a page whose custom master page was selected by a
paragraph tag or element name has no page-selecting element or paragraph
tag name at the top, does the selected master page default back to the
default Left/Right page pair, or does the custom master page pair continue
to be applied to that subsequent page?

4. Can two or more element names or paragraph tags be associated with the
same custom master page pair?

5. Why didn't Adobe also add the capability for using special markers whose
marker text would specify the desired custom (or default Left/Right) master
page pair, where the first occurrence of such a marker anywhere on a page
determines what master page pair is applied to that page, and the master
page pair applied to subsequent pages which do not have a
master-page-selecting marker would be determined by the last
master-page-selecting marker appearing anywhere on a previous page?

Can anyone who's seen the Beta answer any of these questions?
