The entry on the Reference page works as a "template" for the hypertext
markers included in all TOC entries. It's these markers that make the
TOC entries into active links. If you select a TOC entry paragraph and
look in the Marker window, you'll see the "openObjectId ..." text.
So the error message refers to an entry in your generated TOC file,
not on your Reference page.
