A quick note re the FM6.0 MIF manual (PDF): Be aware that the PDF online 
manuals included with the original release of FM6.0 (p357) were 
updated,  http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/framemaker/win/6.x/fmmanual.zip

- The FM6.0 patch (357->405) does not update the online manuals

- There may be a number of FM6.0p405 CD versions, but in the version I 
inspected, at least, the manuals were not updated either.
