Adobe Barred from Distributing InDesign

A judge issued a preliminary restraining order, concluding that Adobe had 
violated a contract with Trio Systems by incorporating some of that 
company's software into InDesign. It's not clear whether the restraining 
order also affects InDesign 2.0, which is due out in a month or so. Adobe 
claims that InDesign 2.0 does hot have any of that software in it, but the 
attorney for Trio Systems disputed that.
