We need a Stand-by Consultant

We like to find an expert on FrameMaker. This person would be our stand-by
telephone consultant. We would pay this person a flat rate, monthly fee for
taking a few support calls per week, between 8 and five, eastern time. We'd call
them.

Our department of five competent MS Word tech writers were assigned FrameMaker.
But without funding for training. We're learning it ourselves but we have gaps
in our knowledge. Calling Adobe is a major waste of time. We can't wait forty
minutes on hold, we have work to do. Having a telephone consultant to bail us
out would be a big help.
