Congratulations Mr. Geshel!!! You have won the DOUBLE-BLUNDER SWEEPSTAKES DU JOUR on the Framers lists! (1) Don't use "save as PDF". (2) Either use the "Acrobat Distiller" printer created by the Acrobat installer (and I hope you are REALLY using Acrobat 4.05a, not 4.0) which sends the PostScript directly to the Distiller for you OR create a printer instance using the Acrobat Distiller PPD (found in the Distilr\XTRAS directory of Acrobat). - Dov At 6/6/2001 03:06 PM, Geshel, Robert wrote: >Windows 95, Acrobat 4.0, generic postscript driver (version???..how do I >find that?), driver version???...how do I find that?). > >Sorry for the lack of knowledge...but this is all I can provide. > >My boss is not convinced that, "Save as PDF" is not the way to go. > >We also have a problem with PDF file sizes...lack of consistency.
