Given that I *wrote* the manuals for version 3 (also a chunk of Mac 2.x stuff...) I can assure you that there was a Windows release of Version 3. (There was also a NeXT version, which was the last release of that particular product...) I also remember being a beta tester for FrameBuilder back in 1992.
