A surprising and disappointing example is the Apple Publications Style Guide, which was recommended on Framers the other day. As a style guide, what it *says* seems quite good. It's a pity no effort was made to use any features of PDF beyond its "print to screen" capability -- no links, no TOC, no interactivity.
