Evened Out Odd-Even Oddities

Thanks to Peter Dawes for helping me identify and solve this problem, which
was caused by an incorrect pagination definition.

The pagination of one of the files in the book was defined as
"Single Sided", whereas it should have been "Double Sided, like all the
other files in the book. As a result it "threw off" the Odd-Even-Right-Left
configuration. Correctly defining the file as "Double Sided" fixed all.

Note: This pagination definition is made, in FM 5.5.6, in the "Page Size" 
dialog box (Format.Page Layout. Page Size...) or, in FM 6.0, in the 
"Pagination" dialog box (Format.Page Layout.Pagination).
