Henry, I would recommend checking out Bruce Foster's FrameMaker Plug-in's. You can find them at WWW.FrameUsers.com under Power Tools II. The Plug-in is the Archive, which takes a book and saves all the files and associated referenced graphics and text inserts and saves them in there own directory with links and references changed to the new location. The new directory is now independent and can be Zipped and sent anywhere. We have used this here for similar purposes and it works great. Sean A. The writers can refer to the graphic database, but we need to send the documents to our translation department in France. We cannot, for now anyway, link them into the database, so I would like to know if there is graphics gathering utility that would pull all the graphic together. I believe that Quark has such a tool, and it would make my life a lot easier if there is one for FM. Thoughts?
