Thumbtabs and archives

Framers,

Courtesy of Donald Pratt, I have now added his solution for
implementing thumbtabs to my corresponding web page:
http://w1.133.telia.com/~u13304072/framers/thumbtabs/
The necessary files are also available for download.

I now believe I have a list of all known ways to implement
thumbtabs (aka bleeding tabs) in FrameMaker. If you know
of any other (semi)automated way to do this, let me know.

I have also updated my framers archive description to
recommend the now active PIK archive for searching messages.
