The solution can probably be found in: http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/17062.htm "Document Size Significantly Increases When You Import JPEG or Vector Images by Copy in FrameMaker 5.5.x" Either import JPEG pictures by reference, or use a different format. Also look for unused graphics on Reference pages, and check that the preference "Save FrameImage..." isn't turned on. (However, it will be turned on by default on UNIX systems, and the preference doesn't even exist...) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Thomas Michanek, FrameMaker/UNIX/MIF expert mailto:Thomas.Michanek@telia.com (Sweden) http://go.to/framers , or go directly to: http://w1.133.telia.com/~u13304072/framers - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
