Subject: Window titles in Acrobat

Sometimes the Acrobat window (on NT, anyway) appears with the name of the document, although mostly it is just the file name. Examples are the Distiller Parameters Guide and the pdfmark Guide accessible from the Distiller Help menu; but the Distiller Help appears with the name Acrohelp.pdf (at the correct page for Distiller). How is this done? Is it done using a pdfmark, or a Frame-Acrobat Timesaver? or is there another trick I've missed somewhere? (cross posted to FrameUsers, Free Framers and pdfZone.)
