Framers: I am hoping someone out there has some experience with using FrameMaker+SGML and a database to create, store, retrieve, review, modify, track changes to, and publish (both in hardcopy and online using a standard Web browser) a fairly large body of written software test cases used by a Software Quality Assurance department. Even better would be experience with providing linked traceability (online) from such test cases to prior supporting documents (such as engineering design documents). I am interested in strategies and approaches used, caveats and pitfalls, learning curves and cultural adjustments required by development and SQA engineers, and any technical issues (EDDs, database schemas, etc.) that are relevant. Thanks! Ezra ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ezra Steinberg Resonate, Inc.
