Easy! Select File>Generate/Book Select List, and choose List of References. Click Generate. Voila! :-) For a book you need to add a file to the book, but it's basically the same process. And no, I don't own FrameScript nor do I own any FrameMaker plugins. The only thing I can think of is to save each .fm file as a .mif file and then scan the .mif with a text editor.
