Minimised documents

I succeeded in saving about 150 files in minimised format after doing an "Open
all files in book" with a slow server, before a series of book operations.

Now my readers are complaining.

Any ideas, anyone, other than opening every file, dragging it up to top left,
making a change and then undoing the change, and finally saving and closing? I
can't spare an afternoon doing that...
