No, this setting cannot be imported. If you look at page 296 in the
FrameMaker 5.5 User Guide, you'll see exactly what settings are
imported when using Document Properties:
* custom marker types
* footnote properties
* characters in Allow Line Breaks After
* feather settings in Line Layout dialog
* Acrobat Setup settings
