Frame to PDF bookmark and link properties

Framers,

Here is what I hope is a simple question. We currently use Frame to generate PDF
files. Our company has a PDF standard that designates that the bookmark and link
properties be set at Fix at 100 for viewing the PDF. Documents we create from
Frame are set to Inherit Zoom. Also the PDF, when opened is not at 100 zoom, but
defaults to another setting. Are these things controllable from the Frame side
of production? Or is there a pre or post PDF processing that can be done to
automate this kind of corrections?

Platform: Win98, Frame 5.5.6, Acrobat 4.05, using Adobe PPD to generate the PS
file for distilling.
