Manuals on the Extranet, legal advice

Hi 

We are contemplating putting all our manuals on the Extranet and giving the
customers user access to the manuals via a password.

Are we obliged to deliver a paper manual to the customer as well  under the
Uniform Commercial Code or any state level legislation?
Are online manuals on the Extranet sufficient?
Is it sufficient to deliver say 10 copies of the paper manual if the same
customer has bought 100 units?
