Re: collating a book new printer

Update and summary

It seems this problem is not limited to me and that it is the HP driver
that sends each chapter as a separate print job.  It looks like sending
the job from pdf or ps will allow me to send one job and really
collate.  I haven't tried this with the duplexer yet but I don't see any
reason it won't work.
