Answer: custom table cell shading (percent)



Allyson,

YES!

It is a bit of a kludge, but...

(Win95, FM556) Go to View, Color, Definitions....

Define a New Color (change NewColor1 to something like 20%BlackTableFill). 
Define the color as being black (or whatever) and 20% (or whatever).

Then to fill a table cell with your special color, you fill the cell with
**100%** of "20%BlackTableFill" (or whatever).  You use 100% of your color
because your color is already only 20% black.

This works.

If you need to get this color definition into other documents, you can use the
File, Import, Formats, COLOR DEFINITIONS (careful as always) to do so.

And to all the FrameScripters out there, this color is then available in that
document, just like any other.
