Re: creating oversized PDF

It sounds like the PPD (PostScript Printer Description) file used with your
printer driver doesn't support that page size.  Try a PPD for a printer
that supports 17x17 size, or try the Virtual Printer, which should support
any page size.  Not sure that will work, but it's the first thing I'd try.
