Known problem. This has been addressed on this list (Framers):
Two solutions:
1. Change version number inside the PPD file to 2015.
BUT this solution may cause your default paper selection as a few have
reported to this list.
2. Go back to 4.2.3. You will have to rename the driver in your
windows/system directory in order to do this, otherwise installing 4.2.3
will report a newer version and will NOT overwrite/replace it.

Haven't found one yet. Went back to 4.2.3, yet problem persists. It
may have something to do with changing the version number inside the PPD
from 2014... to 2015... in order to get the 4.2.4 driver to not skip
printing some characters.
I suspect. Will try changing the version number back to 2014...

Will do, but have yet to receive a solution.
(I.E. Printer settings defaulting to tray 1 (Manual Feed) despite my
setting Auto select in the control panel and everywhere else.)
My only solution, at this point, is to ask someone to E-Mail me
the older 4.23 (Adobe Printer) driver.

Hi John,
Once you've fixed your problem, could you please post your solution?
I've been having similar problems, and just starting using another print
driver as an interim solution.
