SV: Where there is a will there is a way



One way of doing this is by having 2 text frames, one on each page. The
frames should be wider than the page. The same text is written in both
frames. To adjust the text you probably select the text (in both frames) and
use a command similar to Alt-arrow.

I do this once in a while, it is probably easier with your FrameScript!

Hello Framers,

I have a client that wanted to center a title across 2 facing pages in
FrameMaker. They devised a very ingenious way of doing it with their
template. The only problem was how to adjust the title left to right so that
letters would not fall in the gutter between the pages. To do this, we
created a script to adjust the left/right position of the title.

Take a look at this Flash demo of the script. See if you can figure out how
the template works.
