Order of Index

Hi,

I have a bit of a problem getting my index to would proberly:

I would like to index ö as ø ü as y dobbel a (aa) as å

I know it is on the reference page, but I quite can't get it to work right:

What am I doing wrong, What I would end up with is someting like this;

Åby
Aagaard
Ångstrøm
Aarrestrup

and

Lydinov
Lükov
Lyland

and

Örnsted
Ørsted

How to accomplish this?
