Remember that FM is case- and space-sensitive. If you have blahblah and Blablah, FM thinks they are two separate things. If you have a space before or after blahblah in the index entry dialog box, that is another "difference". You need to make sure you have the entries *exactly* alike in the index entry dialog box.
