hyperlink from Excel to Frame ?

I have tested creating a hyperlink from some Excel text to a PDF file made from a Frame file, and that works fine.

Is there any way to point the Excel hyperlink to a particular destination in the Frame file (PDF file)?  I have tried creating hypertext markers in Frame and going to PDF, but of course then Excel can't see "inside" the PDF to allow me to select a certain link.

Is there a way around this?
