Now that my image resolution problem is resolved, I've been happily inserting images in anchored frames and then shrink-wrapping those frames (because I don't want the extra space) using the Esc-m-p key combo. All of a suddent, that key combo starts generating a message that says Master Pages will be reapplied and do I want to proceed. If I click Cancel, nothing happens; if I click OK, it tells me the Master Pages are unmapped and a new table was created in the Reference pages.
What the heck happened?
