Bring up the Find dialog, select Marker of Type, type "cross-ref",
and leave the Change field blank. Search and use the Change button
to replace the marker with nothing, i.e. delete it. Perhaps you
should have the Marker window open so you can check that only
cross-ref markers are selected before you "change all".

However, why do you want to do this? Perhaps there's a better way
to achieve what you want or to solve your problem.
