Re: Frame to Acrobat problem: Huge PDF files



Proceed as follows:
1. Choose Format > Document > PDF setup. In the PDF Setup dialog, under the 
Links tab, be sure Create Named Destinations for all paragraphs is turned OFF.

2. Choose Format > Document > Optimize PDF Size > Options. In the 
Optimization Options dialog, turn on Optimize size of all linked documents, 
Force Optimization, Clear existing optimization info, and Overwrite 
existing files.

3. Choose Format > Document > Optimize File, and select the document or 
book to be optimized.

4. Regenerate the PDF file(s), and see if the size has been reduced.
