If you happen to have access to a UNIX system, you can save your
documents to MIF and use my 'mifscripts'. They do exactly what
you want: report on style usage, removing unused styles, listing
all tag definitions, etc. See my web page for more information.

However, the scripts have not been adopted to FM 6 yet.
