With a nod to Dov Isaacs of Adobe, who put ME on the right track when I got my G4 last spring, here's what was wrong on my system: Download the free 4.5.2 update to ATM Lite, or its equivalent for ATM Deluxe (don't know the version number for Deluxe). They're both available on the Adobe products support web page for ATM.
