First of all, do you really need to find and "analyze" this font?
If you don't intend to use Garamond, and you know of no place
where it could be used, consider simply replacing it by turning off
"Remember missing font names", reopen and resave.

This is a single line of text, apparently in a page footer on a
master page, containing a tab, the variable Running H/F 1, and a
tab (and possibly more you didn't include). The font Garamond is
used in the character tag FooterSmall, which is not part of your
character catalog, and is applied to the two tabs, but not to the
variable.

Search for the character tag FooterSmall on your master pages.
If your document currently is single-sided, turn it into
double-sided (Format > Page Layout > Page Size in FM 5.5)
to display possibly hidden master pages.

If you really want/need to edit the above MIF code, simply
delete all lines between (and including) "<Font" and
"> # end of Font". This will delete all character formatting
in this line.
