FM6 online manuals

I don't have access to FrameMaker v6.0 at the moment or in the
near future. I would like to know what is said in some of the
online manuals that I assume is still part of the distribution.

Please email me if you have access to the FM6 online manuals
and are willing to send me copies of the following ones:

* MIF reference
* Release Notes (for all platforms)
* Managing Fonts (for UNIX versions)

I'm not sure if these manuals are distributed as FM files or in
another format. FM files is preferred, but since I don't have
FM6 I need them in FM5.5 or MIF format.
